Our Simple Rules

Your Coffee Box Pass is valid for one month from the date you purchase it.
For example, if you buy your pass on June 15, it will remain active until 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on July 15.
If the following month does not have the same calendar date, your pass will remain active until 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the last day of that month. For example, a pass purchased on January 31 will renew or expire on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year).
You can purchase your pass at any time during the month. Every pass includes a full month of access, and auto-renews unless cancelled. If you cancel, your pass remains active until the end of the current term.
Your pass includes one eligible drink per day from any participating Coffee Box location.
Choose from a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, filter brew, our signature Rose Latte and more!
Nope. The Coffee Box Pass is designed for regular daily use.
If a day’s drink isn’t used, it expires and cannot be carried forward to another day.
You can still buy another drink the regular way, 24-7!
Yes. Coffee Box Passes automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can manage your subscription through your Coffee Box account.
No. Coffee Box Pass purchases are non-refundable.
This includes situations where you travel, forget to use the pass, or use fewer drinks than expected during the month.
No. Coffee Box Passes are non-transferable and intended for use by the purchaser only.
While Coffee Box works hard to keep every location operating smoothly, occasional maintenance or restocking may be required.
Your pass remains valid and can be used at any participating Coffee Box location.
No problem. Your Coffee Box Pass is valid for one full month from the date you purchase it, regardless of when you buy.
For example, if you purchase a pass on June 18, it will remain active until 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on July 18.
