Simply visit CoffeeBox.ca on your phone, purchase the current Signature Drink using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card, and your one-time QR code appears instantly on screen. We’ll also email you a copy so it’s always available, even if you switch devices.
At any Coffee Box machine, choose the Signature Drink, scan your QR code, and ENJOY! Each QR code is valid for one drink and expires 30 days after purchase if unused.
All of your available and redeemed drinks are stored under My Coffee dashboard, making it easy to access your QR codes or purchase more whenever you like.

No problem. Sign in to your account and you’ll find all of your available Signature Drinks under My Coffee. If necessary, you can regenerate your QR code, which immediately invalidates the previous one.
Sure, but we recommend purchasing on your phone. If you buy on a desktop or laptop, you’ll need to access the QR code we emailed you or log in on your phone before redeeming it at a Coffee Box machine.
Absolutely. Your Coffee Box Pass includes one beverage per day, while Signature Drinks are individual purchases you can redeem anytime within 30 days.
Signature Drink purchases are non-refundable once purchased. Buy only what you intend to use in the next 30 days.
